Samantha Yalda

I’ve been working in the legal field since the year of 2022. I started my journey as a legal assistant for two amazing criminal defence lawyers based in Hamilton. I enrolled in the Paralegal Program at Durham College in Oshawa in 2021. While enrolled as a full time student, I gained experience working with a civil litigation lawyer. I graduated from the Paralegal Program at DC Class of 2023 with Honour Roll Grades. Upon graduating, I returned to Hamilton where I worked as a legal assistant at an established criminal defence practice for over a year. While studying for the Paralegal Licensing exam, I had the opportunity to work with a real estate lawyer based in the GTA. I took my Paralegal Licensing exam in February 2025, received my passing result in April 2025. Since then I have been working as a Licensed Paralegal.

Please bring any court documents, disclosure, notices, tickets, or correspondence related to your case. If you don't have them yet, that's fine. We can help you obtain what's needed.
